Late & No Show Policy
It is our policy to manage appointment no-shows, late cancellations, and late arrivals to effectively keep our workflow running to best serve all of our customers. The Pigtails & Crewcut’s goal is to provide excellent service and attention to each client in a timely manner. Our typical appointment is booked for 15 minutes with 5 minutes in between each appointment to clean and sanitize. Late arrivals and no shows impact our ability to serve all of our clients.
We strongly encourage that all clients plan to arrive 5 minutes PRIOR to the scheduled appointment start.
For our part, we will do our best to reach out to you if you are running behind to gather your ETA. Please understand that we may need to rearrange appointments or there may be a wait as we do our best to minimize the impact to other clients.
- Appointments must be cancelled at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Notification allows us to better utilize appointments for other clients in need of our services and better manage our stylist’s efficiency.
- In the event a client arrives late, Pigtails & Crewcuts will do our best to accommodate the appointment. This may include seating another client for an on time start, but we will honor your appointment as quickly as possible thereafter. Further, there may be a wait required to allow for accommodations. If the appointment was a stylist request, we may not be able to honor the specified stylist depending on their availability. If the client arrival is more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start of the appointment, the entire appointment has been missed. Pigtails & Crewcuts will do our best to work the appointment back in or we will reschedule for a future salon visit, if available. Please understand we CANNOT hold appointments for late arrivals, if there is another booking in the store available for immediate service we will seat that client to avoid a domino of running behind.
