The Teaneck location is the second Pigtails & Crewcuts franchise opened by a local entrepreneur and mother of four, Shana Adler. As a hands-on business owner and dedicated parent, Adler brings a unique blend of professional tenacity and personal insight to her role.
Her first salon quickly became a community favorite, and her decision to expand into Teaneck was driven by a desire to bring this same welcoming environment to more families. Adler credits her success to the resilience and work ethic honed through both business ownership and motherhood. “From a young age, I knew it was up to me to create the life I envisioned,” she shared in a recent interview. “Now, with four kids of my own, I understand exactly what parents are looking for when grooming their children—not just a haircut, but an experience they can both enjoy.”
