March 3, 2020, Atlanta, Georgia — The newest Pigtails & Crewcuts children’s hair salon is now open for business in Plano, Texas. The salon is the franchise’s ninth location to open in the Lone Star State.
Owners Cindy and Dale Moore have been looking forward to this day and are excited to meet and connect with families in the area. “We hope to create a positive experience for our new customers in how we treat their children and in the haircuts they receive, and hope they spread the word about the experience to other parents,” the Moore’s share.
“If the kids are happy, the parents will be happy,” Dale continues, noting that’s the kind of experience they want to provide in the kid-centric salon.
After seeing how well their grandson enjoyed getting his haircut at one of the franchise’s other Texas locations, Dale and Cindy realized this was the opportunity they had been looking for. Dale spent his entire career in the corporate world, while Cindy’s experience was with small businesses until she stepped away from that career to spend time with their grandchildren. Ready for a new adventure, they decided to bring Pigtails & Crewcuts to Plano.
“We felt like we could offer this to families here in Plano and the surrounding area. We’re new in the market, so we look forward to differentiating ourselves from other similar concepts,” he shares. The couple is excited to show customers the approach Pigtails & Crewcuts salons across the country take to making haircuts a fun and memorable experience for the entire family.
Pigtails & Crewcuts – Plano is located at 4801 West Park Boulevard, Suite 417 in Preston Towne Crossing near Trader Joe’s and Adventure Kids Playcare. The salon is open Tuesday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Sundays from noon to 5:00 p.m. It will be closed on Mondays.
