Families need more convenient ways to make sure routine events like haircuts aren’t forgotten in the shuffle. That’s why we’ve launched a brand new Pigtails & Crewcuts app, designed to make scheduling haircuts easier than ever.
Our goal is to make the entire haircut experience stress-free for all, and that begins with ensuring our families have a convenient way to schedule and manage their children’s haircuts from anywhere. While our new app may look slightly different than the previous app, it offers many of the same benefits, such as the ability to:
- View our salons and select your location*
- *The new Pigtails & Crewcuts app is currently available at participating locations. We look forward to expanding access to all locations in the coming months.
- See all your salon’s services and prices, plus each stylist’s openings
- Book the appointment time that works best for your family’s schedule with the stylist of your choice
- View upcoming appointments
- See a record of your previous appointments for the past 12 months, in case you need that information later
- Cancel and/or reschedule appointments if needed
- Text the salon and send pictures through the app
