Use clippers with a high guard blend. The clippers are taken up to the part on one side, and blended down on the other. The hair is easily parted to the side with a soft product, such as Johnny B Street Cream, for a natural look!

This haircut is a pompadour, or more commonly "the hard part style". The clippers are used on the sides and back on a #2 guard (or a #3 if you don't want it quite as short). The hair is shaved all the way to the part on one side and the "part" is cut into the hair with the trimmers to help the hair stay to the side. The other side is blended. Usually this haircut is styled up and over in the front. If you don't plan on styling the hair everyday, let your stylist know, modifications might need to be made to get this look while still looking good unstyled!
